• Standard processing time for most orders is 7-10 business days. This time frame includes order verification, product quality checks, and packaging. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
2. Custom Orders
• Processing time for custom orders can take up to 20 business days. Custom orders require additional time for design approval, production, and quality assurance.
3. Bulk Orders
• Processing time for bulk orders (typically orders of 50 items or more) can take up to 30 business days. This extended time frame is necessary to ensure all items meet our quality standards and are properly packaged.
4. Apparel Items
• Apparel items require an additional 24 hours to allow ink to dry properly before packaging and shipping. This is to ensure the highest quality and durability of the printed designs.
5. Food Items
• Food items are made to order to ensure freshness. Processing times may vary depending on the type and quantity of food items ordered. Typically, food items will be prepared within 2-5 business days.
Delays and Notifications
1. Busy Periods
• During peak times of the year, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be extended beyond the standard 7-10 business days. We will make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible during these periods.
2. Inventory Availability
• Please note that not all designs and products are always in stock. If an item in your order is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order placement via SMS, email, or chat. We will provide an estimated restock date and offer alternative options if available.
3. Communication
• In the event of any delays, DS4M will proactively communicate with you to keep you informed of your order status. You will receive updates on your order processing and any potential delays via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
