Orders and Payment

1. Order Acceptance

• Once you place an order on the DS4M website, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by DS4M, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email confirming that the product has been dispatched.

By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, and handling) to that payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping Policy

• DS4M will ship products to the address specified in your order. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order as outlined at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes.

2. Risk of Loss

• All items purchased from DS4M are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

1. Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging (excluding shipping packaging) and tags attached.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@dontspeak4me.com with your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographic evidence. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or defective items.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, clearance items, custom orders, and gift cards. For health and safety reasons, hygiene products such as underwear and swimwear are also non-returnable.
